Changes Due to COVID-19

Currently, Air Canada has resumed flights out of North Bay but live shipping is still not accepted.

All of our shipping is with Reptile Express (Fedex). The perks to using Reptile Express are that delivery is right to our customers door and is a little cheaper than Air Canada. 

We will always use overnight delivery for the safety of our animals. However, be assured we do package  our animals to withstand longer travel times in case of delays. 

One of the pitfalls of having a small business in our home during a pandemic is, for safety of our clients and us, that we can no longer allow tours of our frogroom. 

We will still take purchases out to our clients, if they choose to come pick them up here, and can schedule in local deliveries. 

Payments can be made by e-transfer or cash (exact change) prior to pick-up or delivery. 

We will update this if we plan to resume tours in the future.
